How do I add funds to my Trigeia account?
Adding funds to your account is rather simple, you do this by going to your my account page and clicking on the click here to add funds to your Trigeia account link, you find this link under your member info box. The link will take you to payment info and payment method page, you then will be asked to enter the amount you wish to put in your Trigeia fund account. Keep in mind Trigeia.com uses Pay Pal. Pay Pal allows you to add funds to your account via credit card, checking account or from your Pay Pal account if you have one.
How do I book a training session?
Trigeia has created the fitness agent to assist you in purchasing personal training. Just go to our fitness agent on our home page and search for the specific time date or price, Once this is done decide which trainer you would like to train with. Then book it. Trigeia has also provided each trainer with a fitness agent calendar on their profile to allow clients/users to purchase sessions directly from your favorite trainers profile.
If I cancel a session that I booked can I receive a refund?
Refer to our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions.
How do I check if the trainer has acknowledged that I have booked a session?
You can check the status of your booked session by clicking on your booked session link in your contact box on your my account page. Then please refer to your booked activity log in that window. You can also communicate with that trainer via our social community.
Can I cash out my Trigeia fund?
Yes you can cash out your fund if you are a client. See the terms and conditions. A trainer may not cash out, unless they have added their own money to their fund.
What happens if I am not able to give the trainer a 12 hour notification?
If the trainer has accepted that session, you will not be refunded for cancelling your session. Refer to our Cancellation policy.
What is a Tag?
Tagging is a cool way of categorizing content. Tags are nothing but keywords you enter to categorize your profile or content in our search application.
What does the icon with 3 people mean that is next to my profile picture?
These icons have names Lauren (Red), Edward (Blue) and Alan (Green). Each person that establishes a client profile on Trigeia.com will be identified as a client by these 3 icons.
Why are there icons next to everyone’s profile picture and what do they mean?
Trigeia.com, as a social market place we have integrated ecommerce with social networking being the back bone of our vision. In order to accomplish our vision each specific industry will be identified by an icon. This gives our users a way to identify how the profile you are viewing relates to you and what type of profile they are.
How do I change my profile information?
In order to edit your profile information you will need to go to your my account page, this link is at the top right of you profile when you log in. Once you have done this, go to my settings link. Don’t forget to save your changes at the bottom of the page.
Can I customize my profile?
Currently we do have basic availability for our users to customize their profiles. Go to your profile link then click on customize profile link.
Trainer
Fitness Agent Directions:
Enter your My Account page you will notice your calendar is on the right side of your my Account Page. You will see directions in red on how to add a session or multiple sessions. If you want to sell one session you will click on the appropriate day. This will then take you to a window where you will input the appropriate time your session will begin or end. You will also input the amount you wish to charge for that individual session as well as any appropriate comments about the session, where it will be located and any other directions. Then press the add button. It will refresh and tell you that you have added a session. Exit the window and you will see the session has been added to your calendar. Once it has been added to your calendar it is now for sell and available for purchase on your profile or the fitness agent portal on the homepage. Any user can purchase this session or many sessions. Once they have purchased the session you will notice that your funds will increase for the amount the session was purchased. You will also be notified that a client has purchased your session and you then have to accept, cancel the session or decline the session. You will do this in your booked session window. Once the session has been accepted by you, you will now have access to the client’s fitness history. This history allows you to know what type of training they’ve done in the past and with what trainer. Let’s say they trained with a trainer yesterday and want to train with you today. You will need to know what they did and do an assessment. But with the fitness history it allows you to skip that step and know all of their info and create a productive workout routine for them. So when they show up to the training you can get right into the session. This benefits the clients. Now when you complete the session make sure to go to your booking window and complete the session in your booked session link in your contact box. Once you do this it will ask you to comment on the session, you will need to be detailed in what you did, your routine, injuries etc. once you add the comment it attaches itself to the history. The fitness agent allows you to offer individual sessions. We are working on an application to sell fitness professionals packages, so stay tuned. If you use the Fitness agent correctly it will increase your business. For example, let’s say your client in 6 hours cancelled their session you now have a way to offer that session online to the masses. You can sell it for a discounted price because of the short notice and you have just gained a new client. So to your future success.
One of my sessions were booked and I completed the session. I noticed that I was paid less from Trigeia then what I scheduled the session for. Why was Money taken out?
In order for Trigeia to offer you our Fitness Agent application, we must use Pay Pal to keep your information and payments secure. To do this Pay Pal charges us separate percentages for receiving payments and paying our trainers. Totaling about 6% Trigeia also charges a 4 % service charge for administrative purposes to pay out and for customer service. This is why you see about 10% taken out of your payment. To make up for this you may transfer that fee to your customer by adding money per session.
What happens if I have to cancel a session that I have accepted?
If you cancel a session that you have accepted as a trainer you will not be paid for that session. Please see our cancellation policy for reference located in our terms and conditions.
How can I promote my services on Trigeia.com?
Currently you can promote your services by placing articles on our site, adding good and relative content to your profile, making friends, purchasing advertisements from Trigeia.com, be the face of the featured trainer that shows up on our homepage, and finally make sure you use the Fitness Agent. We are also working on application that will help you promote your businesses.
When can I cash out what is in my Trigeia fund?
A trainer cannot cash out the money that they have made from their sessions. Once the session status has changed to completed Trigeia.com will issue the trainer their payment. Once that is issued the trainer will notice that their fund has decreased in credit. However if the trainer adds money to their account manually and would like to cash out please contact Trigeia.com and we will accomidate the trainer.
How do I get paid?
Trainers get paid by selling their individual session or selling several sessions on our fitness agent. The more the trainer sells the more the trainer makes. Keep in mind that you can sell your session for any price you choose. You may also use the fitness agent to book session that your clients have cancelled on you. Use the internet to offer sessions any time.
How come I can not communicate with clients or request them as friends?
Trigeia has limited Trainers and other profitable profiles from initiating contact of friendship. We have done this to protect our most viable asset from spammers. Once you have been befriended you may communicate freely. There are also ways to communicate to people that are in your friends network but not yours. See or services for more information.
How do I upload Photos?
Click on the default picture that is on your profile. This will take you to the page that will allow you to browse your computer for pictures.
